Credentials

Congratulations on taking the first step towards earning your California teaching credential. The faculty and staff at CBU’s Metcalf School of Education bring a wealth of knowledge and experience into the teaching credential program and are dedicated to helping you succeed as a student … and ultimately as a teacher. CBU’s teacher education programs are approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Metcalf graduates are sought out by public and private K-12 schools throughout Southern California.

CBU offers a range of teaching credentials from multiple subject credentials to single subject credentials as well as special education, administrative and pupil personnel service credentials. Visit the course descriptions page for more details about each program.
