Major: Music Composition
Areas of Specialization: Kickboxing, Step, Strength Training.
Fitness Philosophy: I believe in a total, complete healthy lifestyle. We should strive for whole living in all aspects of our life - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. They feel more confident, have more energy, and therefore are capable of accomplishing and achieving more.

Fitness Philosophy:

The Lord crafted our bodies individually, uniquely, and perfect in His eyes. It is his temple and we are a living testament to the lost world around us. Naturally, I want to glorify the Lord with everything including my physical being. It also continually amazes me what the human body is capable of just when you think you reached the absolute limit. Not to mention I have so much fun doing it, it's just an added bonus on top of everything!

Favorite Scripture:

"It's a constant reminder as a Christian walking in faith to allow the Lord to be the driver in the car, not the passenger." Proverbs 3:5-6
