Fitness Philosophy: It's simple: if you want to be healthy and fit, you must make it your lifestyle. True health is not achieved by "fad diets" or 12 week workout plans, it's a achieved through hard work, sweat, and dedication. It's as simple as that, it's just up to you if you're willing to commit.
Favorite Scripture: "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven." Matthew 5:14-16

Each aspect affects each other and therefore works with each other. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel great, and more effectively handle life and get the most out of their life. They feel more confident, have more energy, and therefore are capable of accomplishing and achieving more.
