Traditional Campus Activities
TWIRP-The Woman Is Required to Pay (end of September) -- During TWIRP Week, girls invite guys to fun activities and events throughout the week. Highlights of the week include a Barn Dance, complete with a caller, square dancing, and costume contest, as well as a concert, off-campus excursions, and an Angels game.
Midnight Madness (late October/early November) -- This event is a kickoff to the year’s basketball season. Highlights include the introduction of the men’s and women’s basketball teams, a dunk contest, 3-point shootout, games and relays, and free food and prizes for the fans. You must wear your CBU Crazies t-shirt to get in the door. Ticket required.
Yule (early December) -- This event features a formal dinner and night of entertainment at a southern CA venue. Last year's event featured Sleeping at Last and was held at Disney's Grand Californian.
Coffeehouse -- Coffeehouse concerts occur a few times each semester and range from Open Mic Nights showcasing CBU's talent to concerts by well known artists such as Tyrone Wells, Phil Wickham, Elenowen, Ben Rector, Andrew Belle, and many more!
Late Night Breakfast (finals week) -- This event truly is a late night breakfast served by the faculty and staff to the students during one of the first nights of finals week.
