The CBU Financial Aid Office is dedicated to assisting students in making informed decisions regarding their financial needs. A variety of financial aid options are available to graduate students, including scholarships and loans.
Graduate students must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) in order to receive any federal or state aid. All of the necessary steps for completing the financial aid requirements along with other information can be found on the Financial Aid homepage. Once the Financial Aid office has your FAFSA on file and you have enrolled in at least 5 degree applicable units, your award letter will be processed and sent to your LancerMail account.
For the Federal Stafford loans, you will need to complete two documents – the Master Promissory Note and the Entrance Counseling. Both documents are completed and submitted at StudentLoans.gov. You can also visit the Financial Aid Scholarship Page for more information and an online search.
If you have any questions about the financial aid process, please take a look at Financial Aid's FAQ to begin finding your answers. If you require personal assistance, please contact our Graduate Student Financial Aid Counselor, David Little at firstname.lastname@example.org or 951.343.4236. Normal office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 6pm and Fridays 8am to 5pm. The Financial Aid office is located in the Yeager Center in room B123.
