Associate Provost for Institutional Planning, Assessment and Research
The Associate Provost for Institutional Planning, Assessment and Research reports directly to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs. The position oversees the identification, collection, summarization and dissemination of institutional effectiveness data to inform long-range strategic planning and decision-making. This involves providing consultative advice and support to faculty and staff administrators in the construction of assessment models and instruments and analysis of assessment data. In addition, this position works closely with the University’s accreditation liaison officer in the preparation of data displays for the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The successful candidate will have a terminal degree in higher education research or a related discipline that involves advanced application of quantitative statistical methodologies, a minimum of five years full-time experience in higher education research, and experience overseeing staff researchers.

Founding Dean of the College of Allied Health
CBU is seeking a health-education leader to establish a College of Allied Health. This new college will encompass areas such as (but not limited to) dental hygiene, radiography, cytology, dietetic technology, emergency medical care, occupational health, gerontology, phlebotomy, respiratory care, healthcare administration, and physician assistant. CBU’s School of Nursing will remain a separate entity. Director of the Center for Real Estate Development
The School of Business at California Baptist University seeks an energetic leader to establish and develop a new Center for Real Estate Development (CRED). The CRED is expected to serve as an educational resource for the renaissance of the home-building industry in Inland Southern California. In collaboration with faculty of the schools of business and engineering, the Director will develop degree and non-degree programs and courses for educating professionals in the real estate industry. The Director will be expected to increase enrollment-related program revenues to replace initial external funding for the CRED and sustain its growth within three years. The ideal candidate will be sufficiently experienced in the home building industry to support the practical/professional orientation that is a strength of programs offered by the School of Business. The Director will be expected to teach in the program at a high level of excellence.

Associate Dean of the School of Nursing
