Room Reservations

Room Reservations

  • The Curriculum Lab on the second floor of the Annie Gabriel Library is available by reservation for study use by groups of at least 4 students.  In order to reserve the room for any time during regular library hours, either stop by or call the library circulation desk at (951) 343-4228.

 

  • The second floor Video Room can be reserved (by groups of at least 4 students) for watching videos and DVDs by following the same procedure described above.

 

  • During finals week only, 6 conference tables are available for reservation by student study groups of 4 or more (again, contact the circulation desk to make your reservation).

 

  • No other library rooms are available for reservations.

 

  • The maximum length of a room reservation is three hours.
