Examples of References to the Torah and Moses in the New Testament:

 

Mark 12:19, "Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man's brother dies, leaving a wife but no child, the man shall marry the widow and raise up children for his brother. [Deut. 25:5]

 

John 1:45, Philip found Nathanael and said to him, "We have found him about whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus son of Joseph from Nazareth."

 

John 5:46-47, If you believed Moses, you would believe me, for he wrote about me. 47 But if you do not believe what he wrote, how will you believe what I say?"

 

Romans 10:5, Moses writes concerning the righteousness that comes from the law, that "the person who does these things will live by them." [Lev. 18:5]
