Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the Women of Vision Board?
A: Women of Vision is a group of women who have an affinity for CBU. The group and its activities are designed to educate women on the true joy of giving, the importance of philanthropy, and to encourage them to act on their desire to give. Women of Vision members and friends are encouraged to become vigorous advocates for the CBU community and the School of Nursing.
Q: How does an individual become a member of the Women of Vision Board?
A: Current WOV members, CBU staff and faculty, and trustees may nominate individuals to the Women of Vision Board. Individuals may also be invited to join by a member of the Institutional Advancement Office. Membership is open to women who support the mission of California Baptist University. The minimum membership gift is $1,000 per year.
Q: How are membership gifts used?
A: Membership gifts support the CBU School of Nursing through scholarships for deserving students who might not be able to attend the University without financial assistance. WOV membership gifts also help provide necessary equipment for the School of Nursing, as well as helping to fund the building of the School of Nursing Building.

A: See the Women of Vision Membership Levels and Benefits page for a complete listing of the benefits available.
