Women of Vision at California Baptist University is a group of women who have an affinity for CBU. The group and its activities are designed to educate women on the true joy of giving, the importance of philanthropy, and to encourage them to act on their desire to give.
Women of Vision members will be encouraged to become vigorous advocates for the CBU community.
Women of Vision is a way for women to make life-long friendships, and to leave a legacy by investing their time, energy and financial resources in the CBU School of Nursing.
Mission
Women of Vision at California Baptist University recognizes the need for women to be represented broadly throughout the campus and in our community as donors who leave a legacy, as leaders who make a difference in the community, and as a team committed to the growth and expansion of the CBU School of Nursing.
Through this group, we seek to:
• Bring an additional level of financial support to the University; specifically, the School of Nursing
• Support one community outreach project per year that is of particular interest to women
• Identify women to assume leadership roles on the Women of Vision board
• Mentor other women in the area of philanthropy
