Application for the desired graduate program - Graduate Program Application

Application Fee: Non-refundable $45 application-processing fee.

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or the evaluated equivalency.

Transcripts: Official sealed transcripts, graduation and/or completion/diploma certificates from all colleges and universities attended.

Recommendations: Completed on Graduate Recommendation Form. Recommendations from family members or friends are not acceptable.

Essay/Personal Statement: Students must submit an essay that includes the criteria set forth in the program's essay prompt. Please refer to the individual program admissions requirements page.

English Language Proficiency: An applicant whose first language is not English and/or does not have a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction is required to demonstrate English language proficiency y submitting a minimum score of 80 IBT on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Interview: Successful interview(s) with the Director of the Graduate Program.

Prerequisite courses: Most programs require completion of prerequisite coursework. Please refer to the individual program's admission web page for more information (links below).

Resume: Required for MBA, Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Leadership and Organizational Studies, Leadership and Adult Learning, and Science Education

Official test scores: GRE, GMAT, or TEAS (type of test and minimum score vary by program)

Research Writing Sample: Reqruied for MA in English
