Global Studies Minor
CBU’s School of Christian Ministries offers a minor in global studies that is designed to help students leverage the marketable skills related to their major (for example business, engineering or music) while guiding them in developing a global perspective, capturing principles for spreading the gospel to all nations, and understanding the strategic nature of the marketplace in missions.

ICS431 Cross-cultural Immersion
The course provides students the opportunity for supervised cross-cultural immersion and study abroad. The course also gives students the opportunity to experience, study and explore firsthand the challenges of living, communicating and serving in an international setting. The immersion experience is designed to create a context for extended and applied learning as the course concepts are integrated into life experiences. The material will be presented through lectures, small group discussions, reading assignments and cultural immersions with an emphasis relational development and service.
