Gifts: Funds not designated for the benefit of a specific participant but are designated for the team and such donated funds will be used at the discretion of the University's Office of Mobilization. Therefore, gifts are tax-deductible, subject to the limits imposed by the Internal Revenue Service, and are non-refundable for any reason.

Sponsorship Payments: Funds designated for the benefit of a specific participant, and are NOT tax- deductible. These funds are applied towards the designated participant's cost and the University will track the amount of sponsorship each individual receives.
