Change in Status / Special Circumstances

If you or your family have experienced an economic change (loss of job, disability, etc.) that is not reflected on your 2010 taxes, you may submit an appeal for an adjustment to your FAFSA aid. Click here for the FAFSA financial aid form.

Note: All documentation supporting your appeal must be submitted at the time you complete the form; submission does NOT guarantee an adjustment will be made to your financial aid amount. All appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to the guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of Education.
