Our creative culinary team continually evaluates recipes and menus to ensure that they provide as many nutrients as possible. We are focused on increasing whole grain options, increasing fruit and vegetable options, reducing sodium and saturated fats without compromising flavor. We believe “healthy” is a positive word that doesn’t have to sacrifice flavor.
