Joe Fix (Coordinator)
Bio: Joe Fix attended Cal Poly Pomona and graduated with a B.S. in Behavioral Science in 1993. He has lived in Scottsdale, Az since 1996 where he worked for Bally Total Fitness for 7 yrs as a Personal Trainer and facility manager. He opened up his own Personal Training business and ran that for the last 10 yrs! He has trained Professional athletes, Celebrities and just everyday Moms and Dads! He is I.F.P.A. certified and has an extensive background in nutrition and keeps up on the ever changing field of Fitness!

Fitness goes far beyond just making you look good, it improves your health and well being, quality of life, self esteem and self concept. I believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, something to look forward to and something that leaves you feeling satisfied and successful.

When I work with a client and design their program, I take into account the whole person, not just their body, but also their mind, spirit and sense of humor. I also believe that you don’t need to put in long hours to get results. I’m not one to waste time so every exercise I choose is goal specific, effective and efficient. Finally I know from experience that an exercise is only as good as how it’s being performed. It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it!

A Holistically healthy lifestyle is key; addressing four main areas consisting of Physical, Mental, social, and spiritual needs. Neither of these should be neglected or left unaddressed. Physical fitness and a high nutrient packed diet both play key roles in living a healthy lifestyle. There is always time to address these aspects of life. If something is of importance then time WILL be made to focus on that very thing. We do ALL to glorify God, so when specifically speaking about physical fitness we always work hard and give our best effort.
