ISSA Fitness Trainer

Major: Sports medicine/Sports training
Areas of Specialization:

Motivation, Athletic training, Weight training

Fitness Philosophy:

Brilliance in the basics, Being physically fit isn't about how many complex moves you know, but how you can use what you know, and how efficiently you can do that.
A majority of people want to look good so they work out, but if there is a bigger goal at hand like a sporting event, race, or competition, then that's when the real transformations take place.
Fitness is a big part of my life, building a better body compliments any type of fitness related activity so naturally I stay fit to stay good at what I do, but more importantly to feel confident enough to be able to accomplish any physical and mental task.

Favorite Scripture:

I would have to say my favorite verse, one of the most important verses in the bible that sums up the bible, for the most part would have to be John 3:16- For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whoever so believes in him, will not perish but have everlasting life.
My most inspiring scripture is psalms 23:4- Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, thy rod and thy staff comfort me,
(I am a prior Marine veteran and this scripture helped me through some hard times in Afghanistan, and in life! there is no darkness that the lord cant bring to the light!)
