Major: Music Composition
Areas of Specialization: Kickboxing, Step, Strength Training.
Fitness Philosophy: I believe in a total, complete healthy lifestyle. We should strive for whole living in all aspects of our life - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each aspect affects each other and therefore works with each other. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel great, and more effectively handle life and get the most out of their life. They feel more confident, have more energy, and therefore are capable of accomplishing and achieving more.
Favorite Scripture: "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning." James 1:17

Fitness Philosophy: In a country where more and more Americans are dealing with health issues due to poor eating and exercise habits, it's important to eat well and exercise regularly. Favorite Scripture: To the contrary, "if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
