Frank Allocco, Sr.

“Building Great Teammates To Build Great Teams”
De La Salle High School Boys Basketball Head Coach

A motivational speaker and esteemed high school basketball coach, Frank has been the De La Salle High School head
boys basketball coach since 1997. In 17 years, Frank’s teams have won 16 league champions, nine section championships,
four regional championships and two state championships. He is the 27th coach in state history to win 600 games,
reaching that milestone faster than any coach in the history of California interscholastic athletics. He is the only coach to
win state titles at two different high schools. He was also selected to coach in the McDonald’s All-America game this year
and has sent over 50 boys to play in college, including 32 to Division I schools.

April McDivitt Schilling

“Team Building and Individual Development”
Former WNBA Star

After previously leading the charge of the girls varsity basketball team at Roncalli High School, April relocated with her
husband to California and is currently the Women’s Director at the Champions Academy. Prior to Roncalli, she coached
four years at NCAA Division I UC Santa Barbara and was a member of three different WNBA teams, the Liberty, Lynx and
Mystics. In her collegiate days, April was the starting point guard for the Tennessee Lady Vols and UCSB Gauchos in four
Sweet 16’s and two Final Fours. She was also named Indiana Miss Basketball in 1999.

Ed Schilling

“Upward Mobility”
UCLA Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach

After previously holding the head boys basketball coaching position at Park Tudor High School--where he guided the
Panthers to an 87-18 record in four years--Ed made the transition to NCAA Division I coaching as the assistant men’s
basketball coach at UCLA. He has worked with over 60 athletes preparing for professional basketball, including No. 1 NBA
Draft selection Greg Oden, Mike Conley, Mario Chalmers, Gordon Heyward, Jeff Teague and others.

Nabil Mardini

“Accountability and Being An Exceptional Teammate”
Pierce College Women’s Volleyball Head Coach

Nabil is considered one of the finest volleyball minds in the region, if not the country. He revitalized a fledging program
at Pierce College and in his first two seasons, took the team from last place in the Western State Conference to its first
conference title in more than 20 years. In the past 14 years, the program has won 12 WSC Championships and three state
titles in a row (2010, 11, 12). He is the recipient of the AVCA National Two-Year College Coach of the Year in 2010 and 2012.
