Students love to live in Lancer Arms because it has that adult apartment feeling. This community gives you and four of your closest friends the chance to create a home in a place with two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. Moving in here means you'll have at least 200 or so neighbors in your immediate vicinity, which gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet retreat when you close your door, or a festive commune of fellow CBU students the moment you step outside.
You can choose to make Lancer Arms your home if you have more than 30 units posted to your transcript. The Lancer Arms Apartment Complex houses single, traditional, undergraduate, upperclassmen students and consists of 94 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in four buildings.
