View Campus Housing

Living at a college is not fully experienced until you have survived your first year as a freshman in the dorms- that is why ALL freshman are assigned to the dorms. There is nothing like the incredible opportunity to make a crazy number of friends because you live on a hall that houses almost thirty other really great people.

Dorm style living gives you the opportunity to explore new avenues of friendship and collect the building blocks of community that will set your foundation for the rest of your living@cbu experience.

Simmons Hall (women) and Smith Hall (men) are traditional residence halls, which accommodate two residents per room. Halls are divided into “wings” consisting of approximately fourteen rooms each. Each hall is assigned a resident assistant.

Apartment living is one of the unique housing options that CBU offers for its residents. Moving into an on-campus apartment bridges the gap between dorm life and real-world experience. You'll love the challenge of decorating your pad on a thrift store budget and because of the advantages like additional space, a kitchen and a living room, this style is a tempting option.
