Discovery U is CBU's summer academic program for high school students ... but not just any students. Discovery U is for students who want more from their summers than intellectual hibernation ... Discovery U is for students with a sense of adventure who want to make the most out of their summer break.

Discovery U is also a great way for students to get prepared for a successful college experience. In today's hyper-competitive job market, effective use of your college years is critical ... and attending a Discovery U program this summer is a great way to get ready for college.

All of CBU's Discovery U programs offer the following features:

• Programs designed and led by expert CBU professors with assistance from trained CBU students
• Safe and convenient five-day (Monday to Friday) 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM format.
• Exciting, hands-on approach using CBU's state-of-the-art facilities and resources
• Delicious all-you-can-eat lunch and dinners in CBU's famous Alumni Dining Commons

What is the age range for Discovery U students?

Discovery U camps are designed for students going into grade nine through twelve next fall.

What do Discovery U programs cost?

$425 per student.

Children of CBU alums, parents and employees as well as children of U.S. military receive a $50 scholarship.

Register by May 17, 2013, and receive an additional $50 discount.

Are any scholarships or discounts offered?

Yes! CBU offers a scholarships and an early registration discount.

CBU Family Scholarship: Children of CBU alums, parents and employees as well as siblings of current CBU students qualify for a $50 scholarship. Children of U.S. military are also eligible for this scholarship.

We also offer a $50 early registration discount for students who register and pay by May 17, 2013.
