At any university, students need time to relax, socialize and re-energize over a meal, snack or favorite beverage. On the California Baptist University campus, or within a short walking, bicycling or driving distance, a wide variety of delicious food and drink is available.
The Alumni Dining Commons, situated in the Yeager Center, is a popular spot where students, faculty, and staff can gather to enjoy a tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner every day of the week—without ever leaving campus. Rather than standard cafeteria fare, a range of ethnic and other foods are prepared to order at seven food stations within the Commons, presenting a truly memorable eating experience.
Wanda’s Place, also in the Yeager Center, is a café-style restaurant serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken strips, nachos, salads, made-to-order sandwiches, coffee drinks, smoothies and other snack items. It is open Monday through Friday.
Set on university property toward the edge of campus, Adams Plaza hosts several restaurants featuring a range of cuisine options from Italian to Mexican. Members of the university community receive discounts when they dine at restaurants in Adams Plaza.
For those wishing a change of scenery, Riverside Plaza fills the bill. This pleasant outdoor mall offers a food court for shoppers on the run and curbside restaurants for those wishing more leisurely or exquisite meals. Riverside Plaza is just a short drive from campus.
Finally, Tyler Plaza offers a food court with snack and lunch or dinner items as well as popular stand-alone restaurants.
At California Baptist University, where snacks and meals are a pleasure rather than a necessity, students need not dine on the ordinary when the extraordinary is always close by.
