Once you submit your application, please complete the following:
- Submit a $45 application fee – payable by: cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Please mail or deliver it to:

- Submit official transcripts from all colleges that you have attended. Please mail them to:

- Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA):
- Go to: www.fafsa.ed.gov for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Directions are available on this site and will also appear as you fill out the form online. You may need to request a PIN number which may take up to 72 hours to receive. When filing your FAFSA, you will need the CBU school code, 001125.
Upon completing the above items you will be contacted by an Online and Professional Studies Admissions Counselor to review your items and schedule a registration appointment or a follow-up appointment.
