International Studies Trip, Oxford University
California Baptist University will be sponsoring its thirteenth annual International Studies Trip, Oxford University, Oxford, England. The dates are July 27 - August 6, 2016. Students and their guests will enjoy this excellent academic experience hosted by CBU Business Professor, Jim Bishop. A truly exceptional location, program, and price combine to make this an outstanding educational and cultural opportunity.
The cost of the program is $2,500, which includes: all classes in Oxford, standard dorm lodging, breakfasts and lunches, several dinners and daily tours (most dinners, airfare and ground transportation are the participant’s responsibility). An initial deposit of $300/Undergrad (non-refundable) is required to reserve your spot for the trip and can be paid any time before January 15, 2016 (However, in the past several years, the program has been full by the end of November). $1,000 is due by 3:00pm March 4, 2016 and the balance is due by 3:00 pm on May 20, 2016. Deposits are to be received on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Once the total spots are reserved we will accept "wait listed" participants in the event a reserved spot is not fully funded by the due date of May 20, 2016.
NOTE: Please defer purchase of your airline ticket to England until after the add/drop date for Spring 2016. Passports will be due by May 20, 2016.
This unique educational and cultural program has many outstanding components, including, discussions relating to important European history, economic, and business matters led by Oxford scholars and respected community leaders; business tours; and, cultural tours. There are also several special evening events, as well.
