Nursing Career Opportunities

Increasing Demand for BSN Education

Increasingly, today’s healthcare organizations, providers and hospitals are seeking nursing professionals with a baccalaureate nursing education. These organizations are recognizing the contribution of on-staff nurses prepared at the baccalaureate level in the quest for better patient outcomes. The RN – BSN degree-completion program prepares licensed nurses to meet the growing demand for nurses with a bachelor’s degree, while also preparing them to expand their professional knowledge in practice.

Leadership Roles

CBU’s RN – BSN program prepares nurses to potentially progress in career development within their profession as charge nurses, shift supervisors and in other leadership positions. At the bedside or in charge of a shift, nurses who complete their BSN from CBU are widely recognized as competitive, caring and compassionate healthcare professionals.
